POSITION OBJECTIVE The Regional Business Manager has the mission to develop the organic growth of the business, with a strong focus on expanding our market shares and increasing our top line through very close collaboration with our Customer Centers (CC). This is a senior position, reporting directly to the VP BL DTH, Rotary and Raiseboring and dotted line to VP Top Hammer and Handheld. This role is responsible for the commercial KPIs and focus on their execution, developing effective commercial models, both direct and indirect, which will unleash the divisional ability to grow the business organically. This role will also be responsible for pushing our after-market and digital offer on the market, so that we can become the preferred supplier for our customers. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- Build and sustain a world-class, professional, competent, dedicated, and effective organization with excellent customer and market knowledge.
- Live and support One Epiroc strategy. "Walk the talk", living up to our values - Commitment, Collaboration and Innovation.
- Ensure customer loyalty by providing the best product support across multiple channels, market segments, or customer locations.
- Be responsible for all commercial game plans and, together with Customer Centers, assure that we are utilizing direct and indirect channels to their full potential to reach all targeted types of customers.
- Set and implement a structured and efficient commercial annual revenue plan. Be the reference point for our Customer Centers for establishing the annual target plans for the region.
- Own product availability target within region through active leadership of the S&OP processes. Working close with Supply Chain and Operations to establish the right dynamics in inventory replenishment practices.
- Grow new markets and segments. Digitalization is high on our agenda. Develop our e-commerce as a separate channel in close collaboration with the Digitalization team.
- Together with Marketing & Communication ensure the regions participates actively in marketing activities and social media to continuously grow brand value, employee satisfaction, and recognition in the market.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, engineering or a related discipline.
- 10+ years' experience in the mining or construction aftermarket equipment or similar role in Business-to-Business industries.
- 10+ years' international experience in senior management working with both direct and indirect channels.
- Experience in managing complex international organizations and have been responsible for businesses greater than 150 million USD.
- Leadership experience nurturing a climate of customer centricity, developing both people and business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Written and verbal communication in Spanish is a plus.
