About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Director to lead and manage our high-performing sales team in the sacral neuromodulation sector. This role involves actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects, providing comprehensive solutions, and driving top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability within your designated regions.

Your Responsibilities Include



  • Leadership:Establish, develop, and maintain a high-performing sales team.
  • Customer Engagement:Proactively reach out to customers as needed to foster strong relationships.
  • Problem Resolution:Expedite the resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Sales Targets:Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the designated schedule.
  • Collaboration:Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Market Analysis:Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and provide status reports.
  • Reporting:Supply the C-suite with detailed reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Industry Trends:Stay abreast of best practices and promotional trends to maintain a competitive edge.



Preferred Qualifications



  • Proven track record as a Sales Representative, preferably in the Medical Device industry.
  • Experience as a commercial leader, managing a territory with multiple sales representatives.
  • Demonstrated leadership within a commercial organization.



Required Qualifications



  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 5 years of sales management experience.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to diverse audiences.

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $140,000 - $150,000, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
