Pay Range: $22.50 - $24.00/hour

Join our team as a Receptionist! The position is the first point of contact with customers and other stakeholders via telephone, walk in or other electronic medium
and through strong customer service directs or responds to inquiries related to the business. Provides general administrative support administrative support for: Estimating, Purchasing, Accounting, and Safety.

Minimum Qualifications:

* High school graduate or GED equivalent.
* Good analytical skills.
* Proficient computer skills using Excel, for spreadsheets.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.

Preferred Requirements:



  • Office/clerical experience in the construction/builder industry.
  • Three years of clerical experience.
  • Answering multiple phone lines.
  • Administrative support for accounting.
  • Scanning, filing, printing and faxing.
  • Sort and match purchase orders.
  • Sort and disburse incoming, mail, faxes, and deliveries.
  • May include review and entry of invoices and expense reports.
  • Allocate and post incoming payments to appropriate accounts.
  • Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality; including but not limited to
    financial data.
  • Always work safely and take action to prevent any and all unsafe actions,
    processes, and behaviors.
  • Must maintain the highest level of moral and ethical standards at all times.
  • Regular attendance required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Strong computer skills: ability to learn new programs and use company software systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of personalities.
  • Strong Excel and database skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Team player and have ability to work independently.
