About Us
At Selective, we don't just insure uniquely, we employ uniqueness. Overview Provides overall leadership and strategic direction for the Bond operation. Position is responsible for developing annual plan, as well as driving the growth and profitability goals of the operation. This position assures that proper organization design is established to support the strategy and that appropriate talent is deployed. The person works closely with our regions to collaboratively and independently establish key Bond agency relationships. This position sets underwriting practices and at times, handles key referrals. . This position works with Corporate area to set proper reinsurance partners. This position represents the company at key Surety industry associations and events. All job duties and responsibilities must be carried out in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities
