Product Manager - AI Hub

Job Description

Manages research and development activities relating to the design and development of software or hardware products and qualification or re-qualification of new and existing products.

Job Responsibility

• Works with a cross-functional team to ensure fulfillment of product requirements, evaluates product performance and transitions products from development to commercialization. Defines the nature and scope of the service, and works with other planning roles, relationship managers and capacity planners to forecast demand for each service.
• Assists in determining product delivery and deployment dates for new product releases, feature and maintenance releases and regular corrective service or service pack releases. Acts as a technical consultant to the product organization and participates in research and prototyping of innovative technologies and products. Ensures the technology and architectural roadmap of engineering is properly aligned with and supports the product/business roadmap.
• Acts as a customer liaison on technical issues related to product integration, custom development and requirements.
• Supports major releases and ensure feature enhancements respond to customer requests. Responsible for product delivery managing schedules and tasks related to all aspects of product development.
• Regularly creates a service improvement plan - in terms of people, processes and technology - to improve a service.
• Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.

Highly Preferred Skills:

• Proven success in launching AI- and data-driven digital products that deliver measurable impact and drive high post-launch adoption.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex stakeholder needs and translate them into clear business objectives and actionable roadmaps.
• Experience leading cross-functional discovery, prototyping, and product delivery processes within large healthcare organizations or similarly complex environments.
• Familiarity with governance, ethical considerations, and value realization frameworks related to AI in healthcare.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies-across both discovery and delivery phases-and with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Jira Product Discovery) for managing backlogs and roadmaps.
• Ability to communicate effectively and motivate product team members across clinical, technical, legal, financial, and business domains to drive alignment and adoption.
• Understanding of learning health systems, responsible AI principles, and methods for evaluating value through ROI and VOI frameworks is a plus.
