Radnor, PA (Airgas HO) - Management - Digital & IT Airgas How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? As an IT Solution Infrastructure Integration Analyst, you will be at the heart of our IT operations, ensuring optimal system performance and seamless data flow. You will analyze system requirements, design integration strategies, and implement solutions to enhance overall system efficiency by integrating application and infrastructure systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Analyze system integration requirements and specifications.

  • Design and implement integration solutions that enable efficient communication between various software applications.

  • Assist in development and execution integration test plans to validate data flow and functionality.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.

  • Apply knowledge of various technologies and systems to integration tasks.

  • Document integration processes, workflows, and technical specifications.

  • Participate in system reviews and contribute to improvement discussions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers.

  • Communicate technical information clearly and effectively with business stakeholders.

  • Interface with infrastructure architecture for designing and solutioning

  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to system integration.

  • Proactively identify potential integration problems and suggest solutions.Analyze and document system integration requirements and specifications.

  • Design, implement, and document integration solutions for efficient inter-application communication.

  • Develop and execute integration test plans to validate data flow and functionality; resolve identified issues.

  • Apply knowledge of technologies and systems to integration tasks, proactively identifying and resolving potential problems while suggesting solutions.

  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, project managers, and infrastructure architects.

  • Clearly and effectively communicate technical information to business stakeholders.

  • Participate in system reviews, contributing to discussions for continuous improvement.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science and/ or Equivalent experience

Required Length & Type of Experience:

  • 5+ of experience in IT infrastructure, system integration, or related fields

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, middleware, APIs, integration platforms).

  • Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP).

  • Expertise in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell).

  • Familiarity with automation tools.

  • Experience with ITSM tools (preferably ServiceNow).

  • Advanced proficiency in GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

  • Demonstrated track record in developing and implementing integration solutions.

  • Proficiency in managing integration projects (planning, execution, monitoring).

  • Knowledgeable in project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

  • Capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to document technical specifications and procedures.

  • Customer-focused and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working collaboratively in a matrixed team environment.
