Reporting to the Treasury Manager, this position supports Nestle's North American treasury activities related to cash management, M&A entity integrations, corporate finance, capital structure management, cash flow forecasting, foreign currency, merchant services and process automation. Responsibilities:
- Domestic and international cash management and banking duties, including cash movements, cash positioning, and monthly netting.
- Support banking administration, research and resolve payment issues, banking platform and other treasury system-related requests, collaborating across IT and Finance teams to drive resolution for the business.
- Responsible for corporate capital structure management, which includes performing capital structure reviews, analysis of financial models and implementing recommendations.
- Collaborate on intercompany liquidity, including cash flow forecasting, royalties, dividends, capital contributions and funding needs.
- Support of capital market transactions, M&A and integrations, working with stakeholders and banking partners to successfully execute and maintain compliance on financing transactions.
- Manage foreign currency risk, conduct market analysis and reporting to support market FX hedging and trading needs.
- Collaborate to grow the eCommerce and merchant services functions to implement improved solutions and work with merchant processing vendors to reduce risk and ensure the program meets business needs.
- Partner across organizations and cross-functional teams to implement strategic and operational improvements to support business growth, enhance internal controls and efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with written policies and procedures, including audit and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required, in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics
- 4 years of business experience in Treasury
- Large multi-national corporate experience with international treasury and general corporate finance activities
- Global corporate cash management experience, knowledge of US and international corporate banking services, payment (ACH, wire transfer, etc.) and bank interface formats (SWIFT, BAI)
- Knowledge of financial statements with proven experience in analyzing, building, and maintaining financial models and reporting financial performance
- Experience with intercompany loan management
- Technical experience with Treasury Management Systems (i.e. Quantum and Wallstreet Systems), FX trading systems (i.e. FXall and 360T), ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Bloomberg
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite capabilities, including Power BI
- Ability to leverage systems or technology to automate processes
- Working towards CTP, CFA or MBA a plus
