Salary - $85,000 - $95,000 plus bonus

* Up to 3 weeks Paid Time Off to start

Job Description

This position directly supervises assigned delivery staff and includes training, planning, informing and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining, addressing complaints, and resolving problems through superior leadership.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



  • Manage all aspects of the company's fleet including usage, needs, maintenance, and routing.
  • Ensure delivery procedures are executed to company standards.
  • Manage, coach, and develop delivery team including personnel issues, hiring, training, evaluating, and disciplining.
  • Manage and adhere to monthly, quarterly, and annual expense budgets and productivity levels.
  • Coach and lead the delivery team to increase productivity, safety, and quality.
  • Cultivate strong customer and employee relationships and provide excellent customer service to all customers both internal and external.
  • Ensure compliance with DOT and company safety standards.
  • Conduct driver meetings and safety training to ensure that preventative measures are enforced.
  • Answer customer calls regarding deliveries and ensure that customer delivery time windows are met daily.


Job Requirements



  • Must have a High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • CDL class A required, a clean driving record, no SR22 insurance.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Minimum of 2 years Delivery or Fleet Management experience required.
  • Copies of your CDL and DMV record required prior to start.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
  • Beverage delivery experience preferred.
  • Good customer relations skills.


Physical Demands

  • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and will occasionally lift and/or move up to 170 pounds (full beer kegs).
  • Operates a pallet jack and hand cart to transport products all in a safe manner.
