Program Manager, Consumer Product Operations Team - Remote

The experience in healthcarecan becomplicatedandhard to navigate,making what can already bea challenging timethatmuchharder for a consumer.This role as Program Manageris responsible forusing product and program management best practices to support business needs across varying customer experiences.

The Program Manager willbe an integral part of the Program Management Office as well as support the larger Consumer Product Office organization of UHC. The role involvespartnering witha cross-functional team throughout the process - starting with insights and problem identification then continuing through to implementation and measurementto develop high-value, modern,intuitive,and easy to use experiences.The individual in this role will be expected touseproduct and agile methodologies to transform healthcare experiences at speed and scale.As an integral part of the team, you will be at the intersection of supporting all key business partners while helping drive best-in-class solutions for our customers.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Driving cross-functional teams to plan, define and track road maps, milestones, and delivery of the portfolio's commitments
  • Serve as primary point of contact for the management of records within our road mapping and planning tool
  • In close partnership with Product and Engineering partner to plan, organize and maintain data/plans related to approved initiatives
  • Identify areas of opportunities to standardize operations, presentations, tooling, and other processes
  • Lead documentation and standardization efforts for the Operations team, and larger Consumer Product team
  • Support leadership team with preparing executive presentations and reports
  • Serve as a technical expert for all Product Office tools, systems, and processes
  • Serve as primary intake manager for new ideas and requests from partnering teams
  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders to set digital goals, prioritize work, and align delivery expectations
  • Build solid relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to identify and understand needs and opportunities
  • Drive decisions throughout the year to adapt to emerging opportunities while navigating competing priorities

Required Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of experience in program, project, or product management
  • Experience using project or product management tools to manage large bodies of work, and report on program status
  • Experience prioritizing & managing demanding workloads with concurrent deadlines
  • Experience withlarge matrixed organizations
  • Experience with MS Office, Teams, and Outlook
  • Proven solid analytical skills and business acumen
  • Proven exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate and inspire at all levels



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience utilizing Visio or Miro for process mapping
  • Experience using Aha! product management software
  • Experience in Healthcare
  • Experience working with technology teams
  • Experience working with user experience design teams
  • Experience with technology and/or business planning

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
