Enterprise Business Services is National Grid's shared service organisation that operates core end-to-end processes on behalf of the global functions and operates Engineering Services on behalf of the business units. We have a great opportunity for a Project / Programme Manager to join our Project and Programme Management Capability and support our EBS Strategy team with an exciting programme of work. Our ambitious strategy will see EBS more than double in size in the coming years. You will lead the delivery of change programmes, ensuring that all participants and stakeholders are engaged and fully prepared to exploit the new operational business environment. You will develop and implement action plans to ensure readiness for change and manage financial budgets and forecasts while identifying and prioritizing improvement opportunities that generate measurable organizational benefits. Additionally, you will provide effective leadership to project team(s), manage change control processes, and ensure that project deliverables are completed within agreed cost, timescale, and resource budgets. Your role will contribute to our vision by driving successful change and improvement initiatives that align with our organizational objectives and stakeholder needs. What You'll Do

Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
