The Role As the Advisor, Project and Change Management, you'll be integral to our work in helping vulnerable children achieve a brighter future. Under the direction of the Sr. Advisor, Strategy and Culture, you will support departments across USP in managing projects that align with the division and agency strategy. The ideal candidate is an experienced project manager with strong organizational skills and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. In addition to project management, you will drive change initiatives for high-impact projects, developing and executing comprehensive change strategies. You will maintain strong stakeholder engagement, ensuring key audiences understand the future state, benefits, impact, and deployment methodology of organizational changes. The salary ranges listed above are for US based candidates. For candidates located outside of the US, salary ranges will be based on the salary scales of the local employer of record.
