SOME (So Others Might Eat) exists to help homeless and poor individuals and families in Washington, DC. Our more than 30 programs throughout the district provide comprehensive services that lead to mental and physical health, continued sobriety, job training, living-wage employment, and affordable housing. We meet immediate needs with food, clothing, and healthcare and offer the tools one needs to live with hope, dignity, and greater independence. SOME (So Others Might Eat) is seeking a full-time Clinical Director, Leland/OP to support our Transitional Housing Program (Leland Place) in NE Washington, DC. Compensation: We offer our employees a competitive compensation and benefits package that reflects our organizational culture, mission, and core values. The salary range for this position is $95,160.00 to $111,820.80 and may be commensurate with experience. Position Description: The Clinical Director, Leland/OP will oversee and direct the OP (Continuing Care) Addictions Treatment services, encompassing Recovery Support and Environmental Stability Services programming. Conducts staff training on substance abuse treatment and offers clinical consultation. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (40 hours per week); Hybrid/Telework Eligible, as approved by the supervisor. Required: Master' Degree; 3-5 yrs experience providing services in addiction treatment and mental health; 2 yrs experience in a supervisory role Preferred: Master's Degree; 5-8 yrs experience providing services in addiction treatment and mental health; experience providing services to the homeless; 5 yrs experience in a supervisory role Required License/Certification: LICSW or LPC by DC Department of Health, CPR/First-Aid, AED, Driver's License Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
