Pay: $18.50/hr

1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday

Requirements: Candidates should have at least one year of experience in audit, accounts receivable, accounts payable, load planning, or transportation and logistics.

Job Duties: As a Billing Specialist, your day will involve reviewing and analyzing carrier freight bills while proactively resolving potential errors and duplicate billing, ensuring seamless billing of orders to customers. You will communicate with internal and external sources to resolve open tasks, maintaining high quality and service levels throughout the process. It's essential to address and escalate any issues to guarantee timely resolutions.
