Business Aviation Intern

Our Business Aviation group works with airline customers and internal teams to deliver world class in-flight connectivity and entertainment.

This Intern will support the Business Aviation line of business within the Viasat Commercial Services department. We are excited to offer an opportunity for a summer intern to partner with our team! Responsibilities may include:

• Developing or refining business plans in support of key market sectors such as VVIP aircraft (market sizing, competition, partnerships, product roadmaps)
• Assessing and refining the go to market strategy for cockpit services for business jet

Internship Program Details:

• You will work onsite at a Viasat office location for the duration of your internship. Viasat embraces a flexible work environment and onsite/hybrid work is determined by individual roles and teams.
• Housing and relocation assistance are available to interns pending eligibility.
• To ensure equity across our intern population, intern compensation is pre-determined based on a variety of factors including: role, location, and final graduation date. Intern compensation is non-negotiable

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or a related field
• To be eligible for this position your final graduation date must fall between December 2025 and June 2026
• Understanding of aviation industry
• Able to see patterns and exceptions in large data sets
• Highly motivated individual with critical thinking and analytical skills

• Ability to work both autonomously and with a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Aviation experience
