Flux Resources is seeking a Legal Specialist (Paralegal) to join one of our clients in Portland, Oregon. This is a year long contract position paying in the $42-$43/hr range. Description: Key Responsibilities & Skills Required: * Corporate & litigation paralegal experience * Litigation support experience, including coordination with outside counsel, document review, and case management * Discovery experience, including collecting, organizing, and producing documents in response to subpoenas and discovery requests * Experience with business licenses, corporate organization, foreign qualifications, and similar corporate filings * Experience managing due diligence and regulatory filings * Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent writing and proofreading abilities * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint * Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new subject matter areas * Experience working both independently and as part of a small team * Ability to maintain effective relationships across departments and with external legal teams #LI-CR1
