*Description*
We're seeking a strategic Product Owner to lead initiatives focused on Equity Derivatives and Structured Products - with specific expertise in Accumulator/Decumulator products. This role requires someone who can unify technology, operations, and front office stakeholders around a clearly defined mission and execute against it. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable creating architecture diagrams, managing cross-functional dependencies, and driving full lifecycle delivery - from business case to testing and release. *Key Responsibilities:* Serve as the strategic Product Owner across initiatives involving Equity Derivatives and Structured Equity Products. * Use the firm's mission and product goals to align cross-functional teams, identify priorities, and drive coordinated execution across technology, operations, and front office stakeholders. * Create architecture diagrams and process flows as part of the Architecture Triage process, supporting system design and stakeholder understanding. * Lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle, ensuring delivery quality and alignment with business expectations. * Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, epics, and user stories that directly support the mission. * Manage and refine the product backlog, facilitate sprint planning, and ensure progress aligns with stakeholder priorities and delivery timelines. * Act as a central point of accountability for testing strategy, architecture documentation, and business engagement. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement across technology, operations and business leadership Main stakeholders - PM on this project, reporting status to PM and data cross access sales team, interacting with each stakeholder *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $100.00 - $105.00/hr.
