As a Sales Coordinator you will be an important contributor to an L&R team providing critical support and developing an intimate understanding of Givaudan project management systems. As an important member of the team, you will be the liaison with the account executive, and business development teams, to provide critical support on accounts and business systems. You will also develop professional relationships with both our teams and with account contacts. Your Title: Sales Coordinator

Your Location: East Hanover, NJ

Reporting to: Manager Sales Support & Coordination

Supporting our business: Administer creative briefings and sample requests from initiation through to completion and preparation for submission. Manage materials and samples for client presentations, help build client presentation collateral display materials. Perform special projects (maintain customer information, clerical support and organizational meetings). Ensure client comfort and manage logistics during visits to Givaudan. Being the liaison between clients and internal personnel.

Communication: To internal and external inquiries using systems knowledge, creative investigation, follow up tech-niques. Provide the business team with information on clients' requests, insights, and communications. Represent the team with meaningful client interface. Coordinate schedules and communications. Attend team meetings to review workflow.

Administrative Support: Act as an interdepartmental coordination specialist (liaison with cross function teams). Up-date projects; attach price quotations, fragrance descriptions and customer-specific documentation. Maintain product base's, packaging arrivals and update projects. Prepare samples for shipment, requesting and including supporting doc-umentation. Provide necessary shipping and tracking information. Brief entry and support and creation of NBO docu-mentation to ensure smooth transition of new wins to production. Provide back-up and administrative support to larger L&R team.

Additionally, you will handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as business needs evolve.

Required Skills and background:

* Bachelor's Degree

* At least 2 years of experience in a sales support environment

* You have experience building professional relationships

* MS Office suite, Google Mail, SAP knowledge

* Collaborative and team spirit
