As part of Enterprise Marketing, we're on the lookout for someone who can bring their A-game in customer service, project management, script writing, interviewing, video concepting, budgeting, and more. In short, we need a true all-rounder who can take a project and run with it, from concept to completion.

With a keen creative eye, you'll collaborate seamlessly with our exceptional team of producers, writers, editors and motion designers to ensure that projects are not only delivered on time and on budget but also exceed expectations.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Create scripts and provide copywriting support
  • Coordinate studio, pre and post-production functions throughout the life of a project
  • Help manage production schedules, budgets, and timelines
  • Project manage a variety of production types, including live action, motion graphics and studio events
  • Track and update workstream progress in team project management application, Adobe Workfront
  • Manage customer expectations
  • Act as account manager
  • Communicate effectively with team members
  • Communicate regularly with customers / partners
  • Notify requestors and production manager of unforeseen status changes
  • Manage to available budget
  • Arrange/coordinate video productions shoots (locations, talent, crew, etc.)
  • Lead video shoots and coordinate production staff
  • Motivate team to deliver best quality product
  • Ensure every detail is covered

Required Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of experience video producing, studio production, or related experience
  • Demonstrated well-rounded portfolio of videos demonstrating solid interviewing skills, compelling visuals, and the ability to translate complex concepts in clear, concise language
  • Proven interpersonal relationship skills and ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and outside contacts
  • Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a variety of personalities and work styles
  • Ability to be flexible in schedule and adaptable to constant change
  • Previously worked or is currently working as a contactor placed at UHG or one of its subsidiaries or affiliates
  • Ability to travel 25%



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Ability to work with and adapt to technology
  • Demonstrated familiarity with animation, visual effects, and sound editing
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications
  • Experience with Microsoft Office365



The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
