Job Description

SCOPE:

Experienced in multiple SAP modules, with a strong ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective solutions, the SAP Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of SAP systems across various business processes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements for SAP systems.
    • Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather requirements across multiple departments (e.g., Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, HR, etc.).
    • Perform gap analysis and propose solutions to address business needs.
  • SAP Configuration and Solution Design:
    • Analyze business processes and configure SAP solutions to meet specific business requirements across different SAP modules.
    • Provide design and functional specifications for SAP system customization and integration.
    • Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP modules and other systems (e.g., third-party applications, legacy systems).
  • Testing and Quality Assurance:
    • Develop test plans and test cases to ensure that SAP configurations and customizations meet the specified business requirements.
    • Support end-to-end testing of SAP systems and collaborate with users to ensure the system is functioning as expected.
    • Assist in resolving any issues or defects identified during testing.
  • End-User Support and Training:
    • Provide end-user training on SAP system usage and best practices.
    • Act as a point of contact for end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on system functionality.
    • Develop user manuals, documentation, and training materials.
  • Continuous Improvement and Optimization:
    • Stay up to date with the latest SAP developments, updates, and industry best practices.
    • Propose improvements to existing processes, and drive system enhancements for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business users, SAP developers, project managers, and external vendors.
    • Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Provide status updates and project progress reports to management.

  • SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

(Additional SAP modules may be required depending on the business needs.)

Qualifications
  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 10+ years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst, with hands-on experience in multiple SAP modules.
    • Proven experience in gathering business requirements, system analysis, design, and configuration.
    • Strong understanding of SAP integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
    • Experience working in a multi-functional team environment.
    • ECC/S4 HANA migration
  • Technical Skills:
    • Knowledge of SAP system architecture and configuration.
    • Proficiency in SAP Fiori, SAP GUI, and other SAP tools.
    • Familiarity with integration techniques and middleware (e.g., SAP PI/PO, IDocs).
    • Strong Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

The target base salary range for this position will range from $133,000 to $157,000 annually.Individual compensation for this job requisition will be based on non-discriminatory factors, including your geographic location, skills, experience, education and other factors as they relate to the position requirements. Actual compensation may vary depending on the confirmed job-related skills and experience.

In addition to the expected base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in Sirtex's incentive programs (target bonus of 10% for this position)and benefit plans, which include paid sick and vacation time, health insurance and a generous 401k matching program.
