Fallon Health) JOB DUTIES: Responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, testing, and implementing application enhancements, as well as providing general production support, and meeting defined scope, target dates and budgets. Utilize and participate in the full system development life cycle in accordance with FCHP's SDLC standards. Collaborate with customers, business analysts, partners, and IT team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. Provide innovative solutions to business needs and provide technical support, including release implementations, on-call and 24x7 support, as necessary. Responsible for design, architecture and delivery of Pega Rules Process Commander ("PRPC") based solutions across multiple projects. Assist in training junior level personnel in technical complexities of assigned work and provide guidance to less experienced developers in designing and/or implementing solutions. Ensure that architectural goals are met on all project developments. Participate in lifecycle development, including estimation, coding, unit testing, deployment, and maintenance. Design and develop systems applications based on established practice, standards and specifications. Define and develop automated tests for the entire application, including setup and tear down of static test data. Analyze specifications and designs, and develop and tests high quality solutions in support of defined business objectives. Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and applications through analysis, coding, profiling and problem resolution. Troubleshoot and performance tuning of the application programs and provide timely response. Provide technical knowledge and subject matter expertise as required. Adhere to detailed deployment plans, schedules, timelines, and milestones. Telecommuting is permitted. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
