GENERAL FUNCTION: Coordinates selected corporate real estate activities including site analysis, lease contracts, and due diligence for the ATM portfolio. In addition, candidate will be responsible and accountable for third party leasing and renewals for all bankownedproperties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Real Estate Department functions include: regional and specific site analysis, feasibility studies and contract negotiations for selected Bancorp property.

• Partner with Omni channel/ DSG team to validate business requirements and provide insight into investment prioritization.

• Manage the 3-5 year roadmap efforts for the ATM Channel.

• Negotiate LOI's, purchase contracts, leases and other real estate legal documents in accordance with bank processes.

• Coordinates and evaluates solicitation of due diligence for Bancorp real estate purchase or lease including; surveys, geotechnical reports, environmental audits, utilities and title reports.

• Assists Construction and Maintenance departments on site planning, development and tenant improvements.

• Represents the Bank for zoning and signage code variance requests and compliance. Meets with local and state officials and attends hearings as necessary.

• Coordinates all phases of assigned projects with affiliate personnel.

• Assumes additional responsibilities as required.

While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Business Degree

• Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience.

• Proficient with Microsoft Access and Excel. Knowledge of Microsoft Project is a plus.

• Excellent organizational skills for multi- tasking.

• Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Detail oriented and ability to manage multiple projects.
