Description As a IAM business systems analyst you will work on the IAM delivery team on IAM projects. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications, communicating project updates to stakeholders and organizing work through regular standups or refinement meetings. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Work closely with IAM, with focus on Identity Governance (Authorization) team to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements. Focus areas within: attestations reviews/ enhancements (quarterly for SOX apps and annually for others), identity lifecycle management (onboarding, maintenance, offboarding and automating processes), role based access reviews Test and validate technical solutions. Work directly with application and system owners across the organization to gather information on entitlements. Develop and maintain project and process documentation. Provide support to end users. Utilizing your understanding of organizational change management, lead change efforts. A strong understanding of IAM principles. Dynamic communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels throughout the various functional areas of the organization. Team player with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus. Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks. Certificates pertaining to business analysis or IAM. Experience Level* Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $68.00/hr.
