Scope of Work:

Supporting the overall supply chain management team with travel logistics, project tracking, report building, analysis of data, monitoring daily inventory levels, and assuring timely delivery of a departmental reports. Entry level position under the guidance of senior team members, while gaining foundational knowledge of supply chain management principles and processes.

Primary Job Responsibilities:



  • Manage inventory data, input accuracy, and perform cycle counts.
  • Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and recommend actions.
  • Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and address issues.
  • Generate reports on inventory levels, supplier performance and freight costs
  • Assist in tracking and reporting departmental budget expenditures
  • Track shipments and coordinate transportation logistics.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, project calendars and manage travel for senior team members
  • Assist Senior Team members and report out branch inventory audits
  • Compile & publish Quarterly Business Reviews for vendors and customers as needed
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements regarding inventory management and procurement.
  • Learn and back up core roles of Sr. Supply Chain Specialists
  • Any other task assigned by management


Minimum Qualifications:

Must have a High School diploma or equivalent

Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Excellent communication skills and the ability to successfully interface with internal and external customers



  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Advanced operational level of Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to create and present information in both formal and informal settings


Working Conditions and Physical Demands:



  • Typical hours of work Monday through Friday; 8m. to 5 p.m. (Days and weekends when necessary)
  • Some travel may be required, with overnight stay (Domestic and International
  • Sitting, occasional bending or kneeling; lift and carry a maximum 30 Lbs., reach overhead for lightweight items
  • Office/Outdoor work
