STS Line Maintenance is actively seeking highly motivated Aircraft Interiors Technicians to support our growing maintenance operations at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP). This is a great opportunity for early-career aviation professionals to build their skills and gain hands-on experience with one of the most respected line maintenance providers in the industry.


Position Overview:

As an Aircraft Interiors Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting daily maintenance operations, ensuring safety, comfort, and quality in the cabin environment. You'll perform inspections, repairs, and modifications on transport category aircraft interiors, helping us deliver top-tier service to commercial carriers operating in and out of MSP.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the STS Line Maintenance Project Supervisor and Lead Interiors Technicians
  • Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft interior components using hand tools and test equipment
  • Perform adjustments or replacements based on test analysis, maintenance manuals, and schematics
  • Use precision measuring instruments to check wear and ensure compliance with standards
  • Maintain documentation and adhere to FAA Part 145 repair station standards
  • Work outdoors in variable weather conditions at a busy commercial airport
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely, high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of aircraft interior maintenance experience required
  • Experience working under a Part 145 repair station is required; Part 135 experience is preferred
  • Must own a set of standard maintenance tools in a soft-sided carrier (specialty tools provided)
  • Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals, technical specifications, and schematics
  • Must be physically able to stand, climb, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in confined spaces
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational and computer skills
  • Must pass a background check, drug & alcohol screening, and be eligible for Customs & Border Patrol clearance
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay & Benefits:

  • Pay Range: $20-$24 per hour, based on experience
