What You Will Work On
- Work within a globally distributed organization to ensure consistency and continuous improvement in the application of Agile methods across the organization.
- Identify and propose areas for improvement and issues affecting effectiveness that the teams themselves might not be aware of.
- Support the team with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
- Encourage fun, innovative, and imaginative work and environments for Crisis24 teams.
- Bring ideas, experiments, and change to teams in a sustainable way.
- Help the team understand the need for clear and concise product backlog items.
- Plan and run agile ceremonies for multiple teams following scrum or Kanban methodologies.

In addition; your responsibilities will include:
- Coach
- Teaching, mentoring and coaching the teams in adopting and successfully using Scrum
- Coaching teams on agile roles, including product owners and developers, using a whole team approach.
- Focusing on the team and finding ways to help the team to take it to the next level of improving performance.
- Working closely with the product owner/team lead to formulate techniques for effective Product Backlog Management.
- Making sure when problems arise the team should be equipped enough to solve it on their own.
- Like any good coach, this role does not solve the problems faced by the team, rather, helps them solve the problem as well as bringing bigger issues to the Agile Delivery Team to discuss.

- Servant to the Scrum Team. A servant leader is the one who asks, "what can I do today to help you and the team be more effective?" rather than asking "what are you going to for me today?". The objective is to enhance/increase teamwork and personal involvement, but it is not the master of the team. Instead encourages, enable and energizes the team to realize their potential. - This role has the responsibility to ensure that the team enacts and adheres to the scrum values, principles, and practices alongside the specific approaches of the Scrum team.
- This role also has the responsibility to inspect and adapt the process to make it work for the individual team in their specific circumstances, with the ultimate goal to align with the rest of the Crisis24 engineering teams when possible
- Interference Shield
- This role has the responsibility to protect the engineering teams from outside interference and disruption that results in not delivering the business value every sprint.
- Removes Impediments
- Assist the team in identifying, removing impediments, and addressing cross team dependencies.
- Facilitates Ceremonies
- Ensure Agile/scrum ceremonies are being held according to Crisis24 agile framework in a way that provides value to the team and the process
- Facilitate retrospectives to enable the team's search for improvements.
