***This is a contract role that goes through September. It could go longer but is guaranteed through then right now. This role is onsite 5 days a week in Hartford for a refresh project***
*Description* This person will help with operational support while they work to expand into the new locations and complete projects throughout the summer time. Day to day one can expect tickets regarding hardware, software, or VDI ticket issues. This person will be helping refresh all devices and handling hands on hardware support. *Skills* Windows 10, Desktop, Support, Windows, Troubleshooting, Epic, Imaging, Deployment, Vdi, Virtual Infrastructure, Hardware, Servicenow *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Experience working within a healthcare environment and with EPIC is a huge plus *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
