About the Role: As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our IT operations, specializing in the administration, support, installation, and maintenance of end-user hardware and software systems. Your role will involve exercising discretion and independent judgment to support, analyze, and evaluate these systems. You will be responsible for meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the Desktop Support incident and request queues, ensuring our team delivers exceptional service. Work Schedule: * Onsite: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday * Remote: Monday, Friday Key Responsibilities: * Windows Operating Systems: Provide expert support and troubleshooting for Windows OS. * Imaging: Set up new computers, ideally using Intune, and prepare them for Windows 11. * Ticketing System: Respond to and manage tickets as we transition from Cherwell to Ivanti. * Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service and support to our end-users. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
