seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Generalist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling break/fix and installation tasks for servers, switches, Storage Area Networks (SANs), and other critical infrastructure components. This role also involves escorting vendors when necessary and escalating issues to the appropriate teams to ensure timely resolution. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience. This is a 4 months Contract to Hire. The candidate will mainly be on site in Hershey. *Skills* Infrastructure, Windows, Vmware, System administrator, Windows server, Azure *Top Skills Details* *Break fix-diagnose+repair hardware and software related issues *Installations-installations and configurations of new servers, switches, SANS *Vendor coordination- assist vendors during onsite visits *Additional Skills & Qualifications* *Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, including break/fix and installation tasks. *Technical Skills: Proficiency in handling servers, switches, SANs, and related hardware/software. *Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. *Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with vendors and internal teams. *Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support colleagues as needed. *Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
