Video: What We Do

To support ongoing SIOP initiatives and enhance operational efficiency. These positions will provide critical support in several high impact areas across the facility, contributing both immediate value and long-term strategic capability.

Key Responsibilities



  • Conducting Time Studies - Observing and documenting process cycle times across various departments to establish accurate baselines for capacity modeling and identify opportunities for standard work implementation.
  • Value Stream Mapping- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality teams to map current-state value streams and support the design of future-state workflows (converting single repair travelers to multi-travelers)
  • Participate in Kaizen Events - Providing support in data collection, analysis, documentation, and implementation follow-up, accelerating the execution of improvement actions
  • Assist the quality department with documentation and filing tasks, freeing up critical resources for more strategic activities while ensuring compliance with documentation protocols, and other tasks as needed
  • ERP Data Entry (Syteline)- Populating BOMs with operations, materials, and standard hours, ensuring data integrity and supporting decision making across the facili



EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS



  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field


QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be fluent in English, i.e. speaking, reading, writing
