The BWH Workforce Development (WFD) SUCCESS Program is a paid employment program designed to give participants who have completed a pre-employment program and/or who come highly recommended by a community partner seeking an opportunity to obtain permanent employment with Mass General Brigham at Brigham and Women's Hospital.
