As IT Analytics Stream Lead, you will be a pivotal member of the Global IT Analytics organization, dedicated to the US analytics stream with particular focus to US commercial. This role combines the expertise in the US commercial business domain with an agile mindset and a strong background in data management and analytics.

You will collaborate closely with the Analytics platform architects, data engineers, IT and business teams on US Analytics initiatives.

You will help us improving our data analytics platform capabilities, guaranteeing the adherence to global standards and best practices and expanding adoption across different business domains.

Your expertise will be instrumental to the success of the US Data & Analytics Platform transformation journey, contributing to the strategic direction of Ferring Data Analytics capabilities and to a strong coordination between business and IT.

You will focus on supporting the delivery of advanced analytics solutions for the US commercial teams while ensuring adherence to Ferring Analytics best practices and technologies. Working from our New Jersey offices, you will be part of a global Analytics team.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and evolution of Ferring IT Analytics platform.

  • Lead and coordinate IT analytics initiatives in US with specific focus on US commercial analytics, ensuring timely and effective execution.

  • Collaborate with US Analytics teams and Senior Management with a particular focus on Commercial area toIdentify business needs, gather requirements, and design IT solutions that align with commercial objectives.

  • Support the local ITBP in vendor management activities, monitor performance, and coordinate migration activities to ensure seamless transitions.

  • Prepare business cases for BI and Advanced Analytics projects and initiatives.

  • Develop the high-level solution design in collaboration with US teams and with the IT Analytics team.

  • Ensure alignment with global IT Analytics technologies and best practices to maintain consistency and efficiency.

  • Collaborate and partner with local IT, Product owners and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging company data.

  • Integrate, develop and promote the US oneSupport services that define the foundational model for the support, development, change management and consulting activities offered to business stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field is required.

  • 7+ years of professional experience in IT, Data Analytics and/or Business Analysis roles. Prior experience in management roles is highly valued.

  • Broad knowledge of data analytics solutions, including ETL processes, semantic models, reporting and design principles.

  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and software (e.g. PowerBI, Databricks, Python).

  • Experience in managing and leading IT projects, particularly those involving analytics and business intelligence.

  • Experience in Pharma commercial analytics, preferably within the US market, is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, local and global stakeholders.

  • Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate teams towards achieving project goals.

  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and find innovative solutions.

  • Agile mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and adaptability to changing business needs.

  • Ability to think strategically and align IT solutions with business objectives.

Our Compensation and Benefits

At Ferring, base salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is $155,000 to $180,000, which is the reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount paid may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, education and primary work location. Additional compensation for this role will be provided based on competitive annual incentive compensation targets in the form of an annual bonus - payouts are based on individual and company performance.

Benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with a premium differential, inverse to base salary, to be paid by employees, a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, wellness benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full time employees to accrue up to 120 hours in the first four (4) years of employment, and 160 hours in the fifth (5th) year of employment as well as 15 paid holidays per year.
