Ronco is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Director of Applications & Integrations, based in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will be accountable for overseeing the design, deployment, and management of application systems and integrations, and directing the continued excellence of the Applications & Integrations Department.
Accountabilities Include:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of application and integration specialists, fostering professional growth and a collaborative culture.
- Oversee the lifecycle of enterprise applications, including planning, deployment, support, upgrades, and decommissioning.
- Lead application and integration projects, including planning, requirements gathering, resource allocation, and timelines.
- Ensure that applications meet functional, security, and compliance standards.
- Perform technical assessments of customer's IT environments and objectives, regarding server/SQL environments and network topologies as it relates to our systems.
- Collaborate with project management to meet application and integration initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Support technicians on IT/software installations and troubleshooting requests.
- Ensure all manufacturer-based system requirements are met and adhered to within the department.
- Develop, implement, and manage integrations between applications for efficient data flow and system interoperability.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, working with vendors and internal teams to resolve any disruptions.
- Develop and execute plans for upgrades, migrations, and routine maintenance of IT systems.
- Generate labor estimates for sales/service-related quotations.
- Assist with technical presentations to customers, integration partners and others, via conference calls or on-site meetings.
Requirements for Success:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in the industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of recent leadership experience managing and directing the work of others.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with complex IT projects.
- Demonstrated knowledge of cloud-based applications, APIs, data security, and data governance best practices.
- Understanding of how Active Directory, Federated Services, Load Balancing, High Availability, Disaster Recovery and Certificate Authorities are designed, deployed, operated, and maintained.
- Demonstrated knowledge of commonly used concepts, best practices, and procedures within the Information Technology discipline (ITIL).
- Strong Network/Server documentation skills.
- Ability to manage IT support escalations and create an action plan including external support.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to include active listening, empathy, conflict resolution, negotiation, maintaining composure, and openness to feedback.
- Ability to lead, guide, and motivate others to achieve goals.
- Computer skills to include understanding basic computer manipulation, managing computer files, word processing, using spreadsheets and databases, creating presentations, finding information, and communicating.

- Demonstrated ability to make decisions and solve problems both independently and collaboratively.
- A high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to task in completing assignments with quality outputs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively express ideas and information and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to follow policies, processes, and procedures.
- Basic math computation skills to include, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages and fractions.
- Professional, self-starter who is reliable, flexible, proactive, resilient, organized, and punctual.
- Effective use of Microsoft 365 suite of products.
- Ability to maintain industry-recognized technology credential(s).
- Maintain a clean driving record.
