Warehouse Fabrication Assistant

HK Solutions Group is currently seeking a Warehouse Fabrication Assistant for our DeLand, FL shop.

About Us

HK Solutions Group is a leading plastic fabrication company that provides HDPE liners for precast and cast in place applications. We utilize Agru Sure-Grip HDPE concrete protective liner to extend the life of precast concrete, cast in place concrete and rehab applications in the municipal wastewater business.

Job Functions

• Extrusion welding
• Material handling and scrap management
• Material preparation and product finishing
• Equipment Operation
• Forklift Operation

Preferred Skills

• Precast concrete experience
• Reading and interpretation of blueprints and shop drawings
• Carpentry experience
• Metal/steel fabrication or welding experience
• Mathematics -Drawing interpretation
• Organization and time management
• Decision making and problem-solving abilities
• Initiative and self-starter mentality

Educational Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements

This position requires the employee to lift and move heavy items, which require the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. The employee must have the ability to stand and be mobile, and the ability to use hands, arms and legs to physically handle and transport finished goods. The position requires full range of body motion on daily basis. This includes twisting, bending, reaching, and squatting.

• At least 18 years old
• Valid US Driver's License
• Good driving record (must be able to maintain insurability with insurance carrier)
