We Require
One year of behavioral health experience Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited program A valid, unrestricted license issued by the Arizona State Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as a:
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), OR Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), OR Licensed Associate Substance Abuse Counselor (LASAC) / Licensed Associate Addiction Counselor (LAAC) OR Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT)

Complete bio-psychosocial assessments, suicide risk assessments, and other clinical forms as required under the supervision of an independently licensed mental health professional Provide individual and group psycho-education and crisis intervention services under the supervision of an independently licensed mental health professional Coordinate with the multi-disciplinary team regarding patient care Develop and coordinate patient discharge/re-entry plans Obtain relevant treatment records and coordinate care with family members, community providers, and others relevant to the patient's care and community re-entry plan Maintain and update a list of community resources to support the patient's transition and re-entry back to the community, including civil commitment procedures, RBHA services, and criminal justice processes
Working Conditions
Must complete a CPR certification during new hire orientation and maintain CPR certification. You must be able to get on the floor to perform CPR/chest compressions, push medical equipment, climb stairs, and lift patients on a gurney Must be able to pass a fingerprint background check and maintain MCSO jail access Must be able to work inside a jail and stand/walk/bend for extended periods of time throughout the shift Travel or floating to various clinical locations is required within a 5-mile radius. Must be able to respond to emergencies This position requires accurately handling a high volume of work, communicating with a culturally diverse patient population, and adapting to frequent changes, interruptions, and unscheduled tasks Position includes day or night shift work, which may include weekends and holidays
