Position Purpose: ATI is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our facility located in Cudahy, WI. A successful Maintenance Supervisor will plan, implement and execute preventative maintenance and repair of ATI Cudahy Operations manufacturing equipment and plant infrastructure. Position Responsibilities Include:
- Supervise a diverse team of Maintenance Specialists
- Communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
- Create, plan and manage ATI's preventative maintenance, repair activities, and projects
- Actively supports ATI Forged Products, safety and quality programs and ensure the execution of safe job practices
- Provide instruction and training to hourly personnel to insure an effective and efficient work force.
- Ensure employee conformance to Company work rules and union contracts.
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ Year Supervisory or Maintenance Lead experience
- 2 + years maintenance or other applicable trade experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Journeyman's Card in a Maintenance field
- 5 years' experience working at a Journeyman's level
- Experience Supervising in a Union environment
Essential Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret equipment and machinery related drawings.
- Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills to effectively lead in a team based problem solving environment.
- Ability to use Microsoft programs (excel, word, PowerPoint) for scheduling manpower, managing project budgets, and communication
