What you will do:

We are seeking a results-driven Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. This role bridges the gap between complex technical solutions and client needs, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals.

How you will do it:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.

  • Understand client technical requirements and provide tailored product/service recommendations.

  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to customers and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and support teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotes, and contracts.

  • Maintain detailed knowledge of products, services, industry trends, and competitors.

  • Provide pre and post-sale support and maintain long-term client relationships.

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, including sales activity and pipeline status.

  • Perform BOM conversions for new partner projects.

  • Create new accounts in Navigator platform.

  • Provide maintenance on Navigator accounts.

What We Look For

Required

  • 2+ years of technical sales experience (industry-specific experience preferred).

  • Technical certifications related to the industry.

  • Strong understanding of Autocall technology, other Fire Alarm knowledge will be considered.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
