$18/hr starting - increases to $20/hr after training

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Deliver excellent service and maintain a positive, professional attitude
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs
  • Perform other tasks as assigned



Requirements:



  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a team-focused environment
  • A customer-first mindset with attention to detail
