Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations at The Board Room, ensuring smooth service transitions between lunch and wine & charcuterie bar experiences. Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional service. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal menus and pairings that will delight guests. Forge and nurture partnerships within CITYCENTRE and beyond, creating unique experiences and offerings for our guests. Maintain inventory control, ordering, and budgeting to optimize efficiency and profitability. Build relationships with guests and local partners to enhance offerings and community engagement. Ensure operational excellence, including team scheduling, inventory management, and safety compliance. What We're Looking For: 2+ years of leadership experience in food and beverage management, preferably within upscale hotels or restaurants. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop a team. A passion for hospitality and a keen understanding of delivering superior dining experiences. Knowledge of wine and charcuterie is a plus, but a love for great food and drinks is essential. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
