PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

Assists with communication, testing, training and user design of GROWMARK supported software. Focus will include FS Optics and Agvance Analytics, but will include other software systems to provide maximum benefit to member company users and internal GROWMARK division users.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Under the direction of the Sr Mgr, Portfolio - Process & Data Analytics, coordinates with FS Member/Retail, and end users for training and user design of information systems and technology including, but not be limited to, FS Optics, Agvance Analytics and other supported software applications.

Assists in consultations with potential users to determine their specific training and user experience needs. Utilizes functional knowledge of corporately supported technologies as well as industry best practices and procedures to meet those needs.

Identifies and documents potential user experience and training enhancements and assists with the presenting and designing of new, easy to understand, and implementable solutions.

Responsible for maintaining and distributing current documentation and manuals to users on assigned software application and hardware.

Ability to provide technical support, documentation, resource management, and training to new and existing users, analysts, and developers.

Assists with the installation and support of FS Optics, Agvance Analytics and other GROWMARK supported software systems at member cooperatives with users and GROWMARK product and support divisions.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

Understands and documents system interfaces with the ability to provide training and support on Agvance Analytics as well as FS Optics user experiences and training.

Assists in the evaluation of new software, associated hardware and services to be offered to end users.

Follows GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.

Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Normally requires a bachelor's degree in information systems, accounting, or business, or the equivalent thereof, and 4 years or more of related work experience to demonstrate applications working knowledge to provide computer software recommendations and leadership to agri-businesses.

Understanding and experience with computer services-related areas including computer system trends and direction, general accounting, and agri-business.

Understanding of GROWMARK Agvance software, and their interfaces with assigned applications and understanding of software and hardware design and integration

Ability to provide technical support, resource management, and training to new and existing users.

Proven leadership skills and the ability to achieve results through others.

Demonstrated planning, organization, analytical, diagnostic, problem-solving, and project management skills and the ability to read and interpret technical material.

Proven team building skills and the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Proven computer skills and the ability to use the computer to enhance business processes.

Must have the ability to travel independently and overnight as necessary.

Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.

Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
