SPA's Joint Defense Support Group provides aviation-focused analysis and program management for life-cycle systems engineering and logistics support, rapid capabilities development and fielding, cyber warfare operations, nuclear C3, and integrated air and missile defense planning. We provide advanced studies, wargame development, and analysis to support materiel operations, supply strategies, and fleet readiness.

SPA has a near term need for a Project Analyst located at Ft. Belvoir, VA.



Responsibilities

Candidate will serve as a project analyst providing on-site executive support to senior leaders to include the following:

    Provide maintenance of senior leader's calendars to include scheduling senior leadership meetings, developing agendas, recording meeting minutes, and summarizing meeting action items.and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Track and execute multiple data calls and action items at the portfolio level for senior leaders and provide the required reporting.
  • Communicate and coordinate with program stakeholders to gather necessary data to provide answers to programmatic questions and write reports.
  • Coordinate publications and other collateral material using both print and electronic media including the web and desktop publishing software to draft, edit, and lay out material for distribution.
  • Conduct final reviews of proposed publications for style, design, layout, and editorial aspects before government approval.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma/Equivalent with 2+ years project analyst or business adminstrative experience
  • DoD Secret clearance and the ability to maintain this throughout employment

Desired Qualifications:

  • Army Project Analyst Experience
  • Program Executive Office Experience
