Description Nightingale Private Care is a licensed home care agency seeking experienced Registered Nurses. We are hiring RNs for start of care visits from North Delray through Vero Beach. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Complete start of care admissions visits. Provides prompt communication about client's medical status to Nurse Supervisor, resulting in effective management of cases. Must be willing to travel within the Treasure Coast area. Demonstrate empathy, caring and self-confidence; be detail-oriented, and thorough; anticipate problems in advance and know whether to diffuse or escalate; prioritize tasks and demonstrate a sense of urgency. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION *Current RN license* *Current Level 2 on the AHCA Clearinghouse* *Current TB (within last 12 months) or Chest X Ray (within last 5 years)* *Home Care Experience* Excellent communication skills; team player; interpersonal skills; good collaboration skills; customer service skills; ability to use the electronic health record for documentation and communication regarding client care.
