Global Commercial Operations and Analytics Lead, Global Technology Innovation (GTI)

JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Manager, Global Commercial Operations and Analytics - GTI enables the development of business strategy, decisions and initiatives across the GTI portfolio (Therapeutic Apheresis and Cell & Gene Therapies) by providing thought leadership and leveraging marketing analytics. The incumbent collaborates and partners closely with the global market development and marketing teams to go beyond data collection to understand the why behind the numbers, delivering insights that shape commercial strategy and support achieving our growth targets globally. The Global Commercial Operations and Analytics Leader will develop GTI growth models, business health scorecards, and gain understanding of our current and desired business performance that connect market, financial, operational, and customer-level data into actionable, globally applicable commercial strategies and tactics.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Strategic Business Partnering



  • Serve as an integral part and a thought partner to TA and CGT commercial and marketing teams, translating strategic business questions into structured analytics, aligning the team around key assumptions and developing tangible recommendations to drive business growth objectives and broader TBCT priorities.


Business Scenario Forecasting



  • Build assumption-based models to forecast business scenarios using drivers such as epidemiology, screening rates, therapeutic drug development pipeline, analogue-based adoption curves, etc.
  • Partner with Finance and Market Intelligence to validate models and incorporate them into brand planning and execution cycles.


Business Health Assessment



  • Develop and maintain business scorecards that aggregate insights across financial, operational, and customer-level dashboards within TBCT.
  • Provide holistic reporting and generate strategic recommendations on business health, including:




    • Lead generation and conversion rates
    • Installed base vs. utilization trends
    • Hardware, software, services and disposables utilization
    • Geographical breakdowns




Commercial Marketing Opportunities





    • Inform customer segmentation and targeting
    • Drive account level insights gathering and recommendations development
    • Support lead generation and pull-through in the regional marketing
    • Support marketing campaign delivery and tracking in partnership with Marcomms
    • Partner with regional marketing and sales to align resource allocation with opportunity hotspots.




Voice of the Customer collection and operationalization





    • Drive adoption of tools such as win/loss dashboards and MIRF (Market Intelligence Report Forms) feedback across regions.
    • Collaborate with Commercial Excellence to improve global consistency in sales data capture and reporting.





QUALIFICATIOS & REQUIREMENTS



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing Analytics, Economics, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business analysis, or commercial excellence roles.
  • Strong skills in data modeling, forecasting, and visualization (Power BI, Salesforce, Excel).
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to move from a business problem to analysis and business recommendations.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills across global, cross-functional teams.


  • Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, especially with procedure-based adoption models.
  • Familiarity with assumption-based forecasting techniques (e.g., epidemiology and utilization drivers).
  • Prior work on commercial dashboards or health scorecards combining financial, operational, and customer data.

Target Pay Range:$148,300.00to$185,300.00 -Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data

Target Bonus on Base:20.0%
