Position: Research Assistant Project Name: Project e-FARMS Work Schedule: This is a staff, part-time position; 5 hours per week; non-exempt position. This position is not eligible for benefits. This is a temporary appointment expiring on or before May 31, 2026, contingent upon the availability of funds. Position Overview: Under the direct supervision of Dr. Lexi Hwang, the incumbent will perform various research and clerical support for the e-FARMS Program. Essential Functions: The incumbent will support Dr. Hwang's research and contribute to various aspects of the program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
The incumbent must demonstrate an interest or ability to work in a multicultural/multiethnic environment. A background check (including a criminal records check) must be completed satisfactorily before any candidate can be offered a position with the UAS. Failure to satisfactorily complete the background check may affect the application status of applicants or the continued employment of current UAS employees who apply for the position.
