Site Director, Vascular Surgery - Dover, NH Join Our Community: Site Director/Interim Medical Director, Vascular Surgeon Opportunity in Dover, NH Mass General Brigham is seeking a Full Time Board-Certified Vascular Surgeon to serve as Site Director/Interim Medical Director of Vascular Surgery. This is a unique opportunity to lead an evolving vascular surgery program, as part of the Mass General Brigham Heart and Vascular Institute (HVI). Position Highlights: Lead the clinical and operational direction of the Vascular Surgery service at WDH Collaborate with local and system leadership to align strategy and goals with HVI commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care Maintain a busy clinical practice with a mix of operative and non-operative vascular care Supervise and mentor clinical staff, and support the recruitment and onboarding of new providers Promote quality improvement initiatives, patient safety, and evidence-based practice Engage in regular coordination with the HVI Qualifications: Board Certification in Vascular Surgery Eligible for licensure in the state of New Hampshire Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience with demonstrated leadership experience preferred Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and team-oriented leadership style Commitment to excellence in patient care, education, and clinical innovation About the Seacoast Region: Dover and the surrounding Seacoast region of New Hampshire offer a perfect blend of small-town charm, natural beauty, and urban convenience.
