Building Services Technician

• Responsible for nightly building closures, including rounds, turning off lights, securing entrances, and activating alarms.
• Complete on-demand work orders that cannot be performed during regular business hours.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks and facility inspections.
• Handle meeting room setups, furniture moves, carpet stain treatments, and minor lighting, plumbing, and HVAC work.
• Collaborate with other service providers and employees to identify and address facility issues.
• Communicate effectively with team members, internal staff, and external customers.

• High school diploma or equivalent, with 2 years of related experience or training; electrical, HVAC, plumbing, drywall, and handyman skills are a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals; capable of writing reports and communicating effectively.
• Proficient with basic hand and power tools and has a foundational understanding of building operating systems.
