Job Summary We are seeking a Technology Delivery Manager with strong exp in Salesforce, including nCino Bank Operation system experience. This Michigan-based role involves leading a team in hardware/software design, incident management, and ensuring alignment with architectural objectives. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, team development, process improvement, performance tracking, budget management, and collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams. The position oversees both onshore and offshore resources. Responsibilities Experience: 15+ years of relevant technical and business work experience Strong understanding of CRM principles, concepts, and standard methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into technical solutions. Experience working on projects implemented in Agile methodology. Experience in defining and implementing technology solutions for a major international institution. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate well with all levels, technical as well as non-technical stakeholders Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to promote an agile work environment. Monitor project progress and performance, to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. Coordinate with development and testing teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards. Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into understandable terms. Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 - $145,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
