Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our team in a full-time, entry-level capacity. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in business analysis, financial modeling, and performance reporting. The Analyst will support key projects and reporting processes across the company, with hands-on training and opportunities for growth.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Assist in the preparation of monthly KPI summaries, dashboards, and internal reports.
  • Support ongoing financial modeling and Excel-based analysis under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Help track performance metrics (e.g., revenue, margins, adds/losses) across multiple business units.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects, including support for strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and presentations.
  • Work closely with team leads to gather data, validate information, and help tell a clear performance story.


Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • Hands-on training in financial modeling, KPI reporting, and strategic analysis.
