As a Sr. Manager, Connected Commerce & Digital Integrations supporting Vision Care team, you will be trusted with the responsibility of helping to define and optimize strategies to support enhancements to the customer and consumer experience through omni-channel partnerships. This will include strategic direction and financial analysis of models and pilots, research on consumer and ECP behaviors, and post-launch financial evaluations in Fort Worth, TX

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Strategic Development and Execution to drive customer loyalty & LTV:

• Partnership model evolution
• Support the development of connected commerce strategies that align with Alcon's broader business objectives
• Translate strategic goals into actionable models, ensuring seamless integration between online and offline channels.

• Product Lifecycle Management:

• Lens operational and executional support for product launches and brand initiatives

Customer Programs Process Management & Execution

• Partnership and Collaboration:
  - Work closely with key stakeholders, including, but not limited to, Senior Managers in Lens Strategy & Distributor to ensure cohesive strategy implementation.
  - Support relationships with external partners to support omni-channel integration and business growth.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  - Develop dashboards & track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of connected commerce initiatives.
  - Regularly report on progress, providing insights and recommendations to leadership to drive continuous improvement and to uncover new opportunities

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with advanced analytics and data processing platforms (SPSS, Dataiku, Alteryx, SQL, Big Query, Python, Tableau)
• Experience in roles performing advanced analytics - ideally including pricing and (B2B or B2B2C) program assessments, to drive commercial outcomes.
• Experience leading people
• Proven ability to develop strong cross functional relationships.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school+15 yrs.
• Assoc.+11 yrs.; M.S.+4 yrs.; PhD+3 yrs.)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• 7 Years of Relevant Experience
