Research Assistant I/II The Murray Lab is seeking a motivated, detail oriented full time Research Assistant to join our team at the Jackson Laboratory in Bar Harbor, Maine. The successful candidate will leverage the tools of molecular and developmental biology to advance understanding of the genetic underpinnings of craniofacial birth defects. Projects will leverage novel CRISPR based genome editing technologies to build new mouse models to validate and functionally characterize human orofacial clefting associated risk variants. Innate curiosity and enthusiasm for all things biological are key traits. This position is a great opportunity for both experienced associates to expand their skills and for energetic new graduates with a passion for research.
