We have an opportunity for an AI Enablement Manager to join our Business Strategy team located in Tacoma, WA, reporting to the director of Business Strategy. In this pivotal role, you will be able to thrive in a unique work environment that emphasizes career growth, excellence, innovation, and collaboration. Collaborating closely with all parts of the Infoblox organization, including functional leaders, technical teams, and enablement partners, you will design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and self-service resources to educate employees on AI and Microsoft Copilot functionalities. Be a Contributor - What You'll Do



  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify Copilot use cases within workflows and tailor support accordingly
  • Act as a change agent to drive adoption and address resistance to AI-driven tools
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure adoption and effectiveness
  • Create and maintain internal support channels and communities for peer learning and best practice sharing
  • Provide leadership with regular reporting on adoption metrics, challenges, and strategic recommendations
  • Stay current on AI and Microsoft Copilot developments and share key updates with the organization



Be Prepared - What You Bring



  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, education, or a related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in technology enablement, training, or change management
  • Solid familiarity with Microsoft 365 and preferably Microsoft Copilot
  • Experience designing and delivering training, both virtual and in-person
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Understanding and deployment of enterprise search solutions is a plus
  • Change management certification such as Prosci is a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time



Be Successful - Your Path

First 90 Days: Immerse in our culture, connect with mentors (Blox Buddies), and map the systems and meet with key stakeholders that rely on your work. Discuss and create short/long term goals.

Six Months: Deliver company-wide Copilot or GenAI enablement and support programs. Build relationships with key stakeholders across multiple departments. Establish metrics and feedback loops to track adoption

One Year: Lead an internal community of AI champions and departmental power users and enablement specialists. Have a measurable impact on employee productivity through Copilot and AI tool adoption. Partner with HR, IT, and Business Strategy on broader technology enablement strategies as needed
